The Ministry of Health of China has decided on 29 March, the need stop the trials with stem cells is not yet approved at the scientific level.
With this release, the Chinese government has sought to curb the supply of stem cell therapies that are offered in many clinics around the country and they are creating a real "medical tourism" at the international level, with health risks and major economic efforts that end up burdening people with multiple sclerosis andother diseases such as Parkinson's, who decide to undergo this treatment still experimental.
Unfortunately there are few internationally approved experimental studies on stemcells.
The Chinese Ministry of Health has also agreed not to accept up to July 2012 new requests for funding of experiments in this area, and has set a deadline of one year to develop a comprehensive and clear legislation to regulate the industry.
The stem cell researchers consider this positive attitude of the Chinese government, but on the other hand they ask how you can stem the flow as behindmany of these clinics are the funding (and gains) of their government.
The phenomenon of the offer treatments based on stem cells, for which yet no research and experimentation has come to define certain terms and conditions for the sick, certainly not about just China but also countries like India, Mexico,Turkey and Russia.
